Please take a look at the engravings that have been completed on our Church grounds. Memorial paver request forms are available at the entrance of the church and in the office. Memorialize loved ones or donate as a memento of your family. The donation is $50.00 per paver. See sample. You may include any symbol listed below to include on your paver
