	21 of 26. SOUTH DOOR - This is the symbol of the patroness of our parish, Mary and the infant Jesus. The image is surrounded by lilies, a popular symbol of Mary. the Lily, thanks to a reference in the Song of Songs is regarded as a symbol of the Immaculate Conception. "I am a flower of Sharon, a lily of the valley. Like a lily among thorns, so is my beloved among women." (Song of Songs 2:1-2). You will notice that this image of Mary and child is reflected on our bulletin and stationary.
